Shipping policy

We provide comprehensive and secure worldwide shipping services for all vinyl and CD orders. Physical music products are fragile and easy to be scratched or deformed, so we adopt mature multi-layer protective packaging technology for all commodities to reduce transportation risks effectively.

Each vinyl record is equipped with anti-static inner sleeve and dustproof outer sleeve, wrapped with thick shockproof bubble film, and fixed with hard cardboard on both sides. Finally, it is placed into thickened rigid carton filled with buffer materials. CDs are protected by anti-scratch sleeves and sealed in firm packaging boxes. All parcels will be marked with fragile warning signs, and double checked before delivery.

  • Orders under £50: Fixed shipping fee £9.50, estimated delivery 2–17 working days
  • Orders £50 and above: Free standard shipping, estimated delivery 3–25 working days

All orders will be inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in processing time. After shipment, exclusive tracking number will be sent to your registered email, you can check real-time logistics status anytime.

All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees arising from international delivery shall be borne by buyers. The delivery time is only estimated reference. Delays caused by customs inspection, severe weather, logistics congestion and other uncontrollable factors are not our accountability.

If you receive broken, scratched, defective, wrong or missing goods, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receipt. Provide your order number and clear photos of package and products, we will quickly verify facts and offer full refund, free replacement and other proper after-sales solutions.
